About the Role

You will lead cross-functional teams to design, validate, and launch new digital ventures. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, operational hands-on execution, and the ability to navigate the complexities of growth financing and product incubation.Identify key traffic acquisition KPIs and metrics
What You Will Do
Venture Design: Lead the end-to-end design of new business models, from initial market benchmarking to full-scale operations redesign.
Strategic Roadmap Execution: Develop and implement practical growth roadmaps for our portfolio companies, ensuring they reach critical milestones for Seed to Series B funding.
Capital Advisory: Work closely with our Growth Financing team to prepare investment-readiness documentation and connect founders with our global network of capital partners.
Risk Mitigation: Perform deep-dive financial and operational audits to identify structural bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a fractional COO or Lead Strategist for incubated products, bridging the gap between founder vision and market reality.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 5+ years of experience in venture building, management consulting, or as a founder/early-stage leader in a high-growth startup.
Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to turn complex market data into actionable business strategies.
Financial Literacy: Strong understanding of startup unit economics, cap tables, and growth financing structures.
Leadership: A self-led professional who can anchor a team during the high-pressure environment of a launch.
Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to HNW investors and technical teams alike.
