Who we are
Our founders have been working in HR Tech for over 20yrs. Specialising in Workday for the last 14yrs on the largest and most complex client implementations, delivering and making the difference.
In the summer of 2025, eleven of us Contractors (plus one key Integrations partner) decided to make it official and set up an Approved Services Partnership with Workday. We did this so that we could manage our own Certifications, support each with tools and techniques that are tried and tested, and help clients with an approach that works out better for everyone.
We have quite a different model from other partner firms, in that we focus on Track Record and Experience.
We feel that once you have the confidence of pulling off major implementations and getting them across the line, you know what to do, and most importantly what not to do. We pass that value on to clients to make things more straightforward and cost effective. Simple really.

What we do
We started out focussing on Client-Side Project & Program Management. Our clients found it valuable to have independent voices, brokering the dialogue between the product vendor (Workday) and the Service Implementers (SIs). Ensuring client requirements are more closely met, by really understanding the needs of HR combined with a truly consultative approach.
We’ve worked across all areas of HR: HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking & Absence, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Learning etc.
Our focus is on creating sustainable HR Technology Platforms, that deliver real value for our clients. We use proprietary, light- touch tools and techniques, that we know have worked on other client implementations, and represent industry ‘best practice’.
