Our Approach

Overall we are extremely loyal to our clients and tenacious in delivering their goals.

We use our deep expertise in Workday and other HR Tech products to identify the real challenges for clients.

Once we understand the root causes, we use our powerful network to find exactly the right targeted resource to fix it for you. We expect our resources to have done the exact task before, multiple times - cutting the cost of any exploratory work. Our consultants will all have a track-record of excellent delivery and they’ll want to keep demonstrating that by working with you.

We tend to work using Remote Resource, unless there is a defined need for on-site work. We believe this gives you access to the best resources globally at any time.

Whilst we are happy to work flexibly with different work structures, we have a preference for Contract work (in the UK - Outside IR35) on a Statement of Work (SOW) basis. Ideally we want to be saving you from acquiring headcount to fix timebound challenges.
