Our founders have been working in HR Tech for over 20yrs, specialising in Workday for the last 14yrs. Working on the largest and most complex client implementations - delivering and making the difference on a wide range of global Projects & Programs.

We can’t give you the names of our consultants on a public site like this ;) but we can tell you that we‘ve got all the heavy-hitters in the ecosystem amongst our team. They prefer working through us, direct into clients and cutting out the middle men.

In the summer of 2025, eleven of us (plus one key Integrations partner) decided to make it official and set up an Approved Services Partnership with Workday. We did this so that we could manage our Certifications independently, support each other on client implementations with tools and techniques that are tried and tested, and help clients work with contractors with an approach that works out better for everyone.

We have quite a different model from other partner firms, in that we focus on Track Record and Experience.

We feel that once you have the confidence of pulling off major implementations and getting them across the line, you know what to do, and most importantly what not to do to make things easier, and more straightforward. We then pass that value on to clients to make things more cost effective. Simple really.
